With about ⅔ of the season in the books, it looks like another middling basketball season for Boston College. The Eagles sit at 10-12 overall and 4-7 in a relatively weak Atlantic Coast Conference. With ten games remaining, plus at least one in the ACC tournament, BC has an outside shot to finish with a winning record for the first time in five seasons. At the very least, they can show progress from last season’s 13-20 record.

The Eagles' defense was stout, forcing the Tigers into 31% shooting from the floor in the win. Hunter Tyson scored a game-high 22 points in a losing effort.

For Louisville, El Ellis had 17 points and five assists. Mike James added 15 points, three assists, two rebounds, two steals, and a block.
