Saturday was one of those amazing days in college football that make the sport so great. Starting at noon and going until 2:30 EST there were massive upsets, incredible games, Heisman moments, and the entire country engaged in each and every result. From California to Florida to Idaho, results affected programs around the country. Gameday was even in Berkley, California for the first time and the scene was amazing.

The Hurricanes trailed 35-10 with 18 minutes left in the game, and Cam Ward connected with Elijah Arroyo on a 5-yard touchdown with 26 seconds left in the game for the game-winning score. Miami outgained Cal 278-26 in the fourth quarter and outscored the Bears 21-3 in the final quarter. Cam Ward was 35-53 passing the ball for 437 yards and two passing touchdowns, with a 24-yard rushing touchdown as well. Miami wide receiver Xavier Restrepo caught 7 passes for 163 yards, including a 77-yard reception on Miami's final drive. For Cal, quarterback Fernando Mendoza was 11-22 for 285 yards and two touchdowns. Running back Jaydn Ott had 77 all-purpose yards and two total touchdowns.
