The #23 Cavaliers dominated the second half as they remained perfect at home with an 84-60 win over the Golden Bears. Virginia opened the second half on an 18-4 run and never looked back. Five UVA players scored in double figures. Malik Thomas led the way with 20 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two blocks. Sam Lewis, Johann Grunloh, Thijs De Ridder, and Ugonna Onyenso each scored 12 points. For Cal, Dai Dai Ames scored 18 points, and Justin Pippen had 17 points.
