Our Game Simulator started out as a fun project that allowed me to write some code that played out games possession by possession. It turned into something that picked margin of victory quite well, and also correctly picked Duke to win it all last season. It picked over 75% of the ACC regular season games which was better than every person in our Game Picking contest. So, the next step is to predict the tournament.
Our legal team wants to remind you, this is just for fun and not intended to be used for gambling purposes.

What do you think? Looking at this, BYU has me scratching my head. Keep in mind these sims were without Brandon Davies playing, but the Game Sim still likes their chances. It nearly had Michigan State beating Florida, but the Gators went out the next round to BYU. Pitt barely gets past Wisconsin, and I went 50+ sims on that one to get a definitive winner.
