Our Game Simulator started out as a fun project that allowed me to write some code that played out games possession by possession. It turned into something that picked margin of victory quite well, and also correctly picked Duke to win it all last season. It picked over 75% of the ACC regular season games which was better than every person in our Game Picking contest. So, the next step is to predict the tournament.
Our legal team wants to remind you, this is just for fun and not intended to be used for gambling purposes.

What do you think? Lots of upsets here. Oakland getting to the sweet 16 and Mizzou getting to the final 8. The Oakland/Duke matchup was quite close too. In this scenario, Duke wouldn't play anyone under a 9 seed. For what its worth, the game sim has Duke beating SDSU by 5-7 points. Let me know where the game sim missed in the comments.
