With about ⅔ of the season in the books, it looks like another middling basketball season for Boston College. The Eagles sit at 10-12 overall and 4-7 in a relatively weak Atlantic Coast Conference. With ten games remaining, plus at least one in the ACC tournament, BC has an outside shot to finish with a winning record for the first time in five seasons. At the very least, they can show progress from last season’s 13-20 record.

Isaiah Wong added 18 points. For Virginia Tech, Sean Pedulla and Hunter Cattoor each scored 20 points.

Kyle Filipowski had his fourth double-double in a row for the Blue Devils, finishing the game with a career-high 29 points and 10 rebounds. Tyrese Proctor had 10 points, six assists, and four rebounds.
