Syracuse battles Kansas, but falls 71-60 to the Jayhawks

Kansas vs. Syracuse: It was a competitive game throughout, but the Syracuse Orange lost to the Kansas Jayhawks, 71-60. Tyler Betsey led the Orange with 12 points and 5 rebounds while J.J.
