UNC has released the NCAA's 59-page notice of allegations that was provided to the school on May 22.
As expected, the NCAA levied a charge of lack of institutional control against UNC. The majority of the allegations fall on the shoulders of retired AFAM chairman Julius Nyang'oro, AFAM department secretary Deborah Crowder, and former faculty chair and women's basketball academic adviser Jan Boxill.

UNC has 90 days to respond to the NOA, and then the enforcement staff has 60 days to send its own response. After that will be an appearance before the Committee on Infractions, which is where sanctions would originate.
