VT shot 51% from the field and held Notre Dame to just 6 for 24 from the 3-point line. Amani Hansberry and Tobi Lawal were too much as they each went over 20 points to combine for 43 points and 17 rebounds for the Hokies. Brady Koehler was the leading scorer for the Fighting Irish with 17 points and grabbed 3 rebounds.
