Syracuse scored 20 points off of 18 Drexel turnovers. Kiyan Anthony led 'Cuse with 18 points on 7-12 shooting, with three rebounds. Donnie Freeman and Naithan George each scored 13 points. George also had seven assists and four rebounds. Eli Beard led Drexel with 13 points, four rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
