Syracuse defeats Clemson 34-21 as Tigers struggles continue

The visiting Syracuse Orange jumped out on the Clemson Tigers early and held on for a 34-21 win. Steve Angeli played extremely well and finished the game with 250 total yards on 18-31 passing with 2 passing touchdowns before leaving with an apparent leg injury. Justus Ross-Simmons caught 5 passes for 53 yards and 2 touchdowns, Johntay Cook II caught 6 passes for 113 yards, and Darrell Gill Jr. added 2 catches for 41 yards and a touchdown grab as well. Yasim Willis rushed the ball like a man possessed, averaging 5.4 yards per carry on 17 runs for 92 yards, and Will Nixon added a rushing score for Fran Brown's crew. Cade Klubnik threw for 363 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Adam Randall ran the ball 16 times for 130 yards in the loss.
