Well, here we go. It’s time to start ranking the best players in the ACC for the 2025 season.

As usual, we hope you enjoy the rankings.

Previous and Upcoming Rankings

Quarterbacks | Running Backs  | Offensive Linemen | Tight Ends | Defensive Linemen | Linebackers | Cornerbacks | Safeties | Special Teams

1) Antonio Williams, Clemson

Clemson is loaded at the Wide Receiver position going into the 2025 season. All-ACC receiver Antonio Williams leads them. Williams was an All-ACC receiver last year and is all over the preseason All-ACC teams going into this year. He’s even dotting some pre-season All-American teams. Last season, he had 75 receptions for 904 yards. He’s one of the best returning receivers in the country, and getting 1st round NFL buzz.

2) Bryant Wesco Jr., Clemson

Bryant Wesco Jr. is the second Clemson entry on this list and is a good one. Wesco is coming off a 41 catch, 708-yard season. Wesco’s year resulted in a freshman All-American season. At 6-2, he has solid size that is difficult for defenses to handle. Clemson’s T.J Moore just missed this list, and if I were doing top 6 or 7 ACC receivers, Clemson would have 3 of them. Remember a couple of years ago when the WR talent at Clemson had clearly declined in general? Well, it’s back in a big way.

3) Malik Rutherford, Georgia Tech

Georgia Tech has a top 3 ACC QB, RB, and top 3 WR now with Malik Rutherford. Georgia Tech lost Eric  Singleton Jr. but retained Rutherford and picked FIU WR star Eric Rivers. This is a strong, wide receiver group. Last season, Rutherford had 62 receptions for just over 700 yards. The consistently productive senior has a wealth of experience and could be in for a massive season with skill position talent all around him. Georgia Tech’s offense is going to be a real problem.

4) Chris Bell, Louisville

We’ve talked about the offensive talent across the board at Georgia Tech. Louisville is right there with them with a top 5 ACC QB, RB, and WR in Chris Bell. The senior had a very solid 2024 with 43 catches for 737 yards. That’s a sterling 17.1 yards per catch. Bell is a sure-handed receiver, who is a true weapon in the Louisville offense. He is paired with Caullin Lacy, who had over 1300 yards receiving in 2023. If Lacy returns to form, to go along with Bell, watch out for the Cardinal’s passing game.

5) Duce Robinson, Florida State

I’m taking a bit of a chance on this final entry to this top 5 ACC WR list, but I think he has tons of untapped potential. USC transfer Duce Robinson is Florida State’s first player to make our Top 5 ACC list. His 6-6 size is an absolute matchup nightmare for an offense that was completely devoid of playmaking ability last year. In 2 seasons at USC he averaged over 19 yards per catch on 39 catches over two seasons. If you’re looking for a receiver that’s flying under the radar, but could have a breakout season, Duce Robinson is my choice.
