Sports Illustrated ranks Louisville No. 15 in preseason poll

I've always thought of Sports Illustrated's preseason rankings for both college football and basketball as sort of the third "major" preseason poll. That being the case, I was excited to see that SI has Louisville at No. 15 in their annual preview magazine, eight spots ahead of where the Cards were slotted in the preseason coaches' news.

That's the good news. The bad? U of L has three teams on its 2016 schedule that rank among the top eight of Sports Illustrated's rankings.
