The Pitt Panthers second half rally came up just short in a 75-74 loss to the visiting Florida State Seminoles. Pitt trailed FSU by 24 in the opening minutes of the second half, and outscored FSU 44-21 the rest of the way. Florida State made 11 three-pointers in the game. Chauncey Wiggins and Lajae Jones each scored 18 points to lead FSU. Robert McCray V had 14 points, six rebounds, six assists, and two steals. On Senior Night, Pitt senior Barry Dunning Jr. had a career night with 26 points and 10 rebounds, making five three-pointers. Damarco Minor also had a double-double with 10 points and 10 assists.
