Daniel Jones has been named Duke's starting quarterback for the season opener against NC Central on September 3rd. Jones is a redshirt freshman QB from North Carolina and impressed both head coach David Cutcliffe and OC Zac Roper enough to take over for the injured Thomas Sirk.
