The No. 12 Notre Dame Fighting Irish came up with just enough big plays to beat the Boston College Eagles, 25-10. Jeremiyah Love carried the ball 17 times for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns, including a huge 94-yard rush in the 4th quarter that followed a big-time interception by Adon Shuler that thwarted a BC scoring drive and flipped momentum for good. Grayson James battled hard for the Eagles and finished with 240 yards on 25-37 passing that included a beautiful touchdown toss to Reed Harris.
