Thursday proved to be an interesting day in ACC Sports.

In the afternoon the news broke that Rasheed Sulaimon had been dismissed from the Duke basketball team. There seems to be no clear consensus on why he was dismissed. According to numerous sources, he is in good academic standing with the school, there are no legal issues, and this was a series of things that led up to the dismissal. All we're left with are guesses, like this one
Mike DeCourcy says that nothing drastic happened on the Notre Dame trip, which pretty much confirms the general public account. Something happened, something was the trigger, the last straw. But it wasn't anything huge, just the last piece in a pattern.
