It was the signature moment in UNC's 82-77 win over Kentucky last night and was the second of a pair of huge plays from Marcus Paige. With the game 68-65, Paige went down the baseline and hit a floater over the fully extended finger tips of Willie Cauley-Stein to put the Heels up five. On the subsequent Wildcat possession, Brice Johnson grabbed a loose ball rebound, tossed it ahead to Paige who lobbed it up to Johnson for the dunk.

After the game Paige and Johnson acknowledged how loud the Dean Dome was with the sophomore guard saying it was as loud as he's ever heard it in his season plus in Chapel Hill. For a crowd that is often maligned for being "wine and cheese" that is not the case in most big games. The atmosphere was everything you would expect in a basketball game between two storied programs.
