In Durham, the No. 1 Blue Devils got revenge for a loss earlier this season as they defeated the #17 Tar Heels, 76-61. North Carolina had the Duke lead down to just three early in the second half, but the Blue Devils went on a 24-2 run to take full control of the game. Duke dominated the offensive glass, grabbing 18 offensive rebounds compared to just five for UNC. Cameron Boozer had a monster game with 26 points, 15 rebounds, and five assists. Maliq Brown had 15 points, nine rebounds, five steals, two assists, and a block. Isaiah Evans hit three three-pointers and scored 11 points. Derek Dixon led North Carolina with 17 points, going 5-8 on three-pointers.
