The No. 3 North Carolina Tar Heels rallied from a halftime deficit to come back and defeat the Florida State Seminoles 75-68 on the road in Tallahassee. RJ Davis led all scorers with 24 points while Elliot Cadeau continued his aggressive play and finished with a season-high 16 points to go along with 6 assists in the win. Four players scored in double figures for Leonard Hamilton's club, led by Primo Spears' 15 points.
