Original: A day after we saw quotes from Tyler Ennis's Dad talking about his son's time at Syracuse in the past tense, the freshman point guard made the official decision and will forgo the rest of his college career for a shot at NBA millions, per Jeff Goodman.

Ennis has been routinely predicted as a lottery pick in the 2014 NBA Draft and his speed, skill, brains and potential seem to make him an obvious selection.
Coming into the season, there were questions and high expectations for the Canadian PG stepping in to replace Michael Carter-Williams. He held his own and then some. Ennis led Syracuse to a 27-5 overall record and a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament. He led the ACC in assists (5.5 APG) and steals (2.1) while also averaging 12.4 PPG.
You might think he's not ready. You might think it stinks he can go pro already. You might just want him to stay for selfish reasons. But at the end of the day, like his Dad said, the dream is to play in the NBA. You can't fault a guy for going after his dreams.
