NC State has announced that Omer Yurtseven will not return to the school for his junior season.

Yurtseven will pursue a professional career first and consider a transfer if that doesn't work out.
"Omer and I had an opportunity to visit and he expressed his intentions to either pursue a professional career or consider transferring from NC State. We will certainly grant his release," NC State head coach Kevin Keatts said in a statement. Omer made incredible strides this year."
