Purdue vs. Miami: The Miami Hurricanes opened the ACC/Big Ten Challenge with a 58-54 come-from-behind victory over Purdue in Coral Gables. Despite playing without Chris Lykes, shooting 42.6% on free throws, and 5.9% from three, Miami was able to cut a 20 point first half Purdue lead down to one with 1:06 left. Miami won by finishing the game on a 31-10 run. Kameron McGusty led Miami in scoring with 18 points, to go with his five rebounds and two assists. Isaiah Wong was the other Miami player to score in double-digits with 11 points. Harlond Beverly had nine points, nine rebounds, six assists, four steals, and two blocks
