Thanks in large part to a season-opening 93-81 upset of Illinois, North Florida is 3-0 to start a season for the first time since 1994. UNF leads the nation in three-pointers per game (16.0), is seventh in assists-to-turnovers ratio (2.35) and ranks eighth in three-point percentage (.480).  The Ospreys broke a school-record with 17 made shots from beyond the arc in each of their first two games. For the season, the team is a combined 48 of 100 from three.

Junior guard Dallas Moore, who leads the nation with 25 assists to just one turnover in three games (leads nation), will be the best individual player Louisville has seen to this point. The lefty guard averages 24.3 points per game, leading a squad which includes five players players averaging at least 13 ppg.

North Florida, the reigning Atlantic Sun champs and the preseason pick to defend their title, enter Saturday's game ranked No. 9 in the College Insider Mid-Major Top 25. The Ospreys are 0-12 all-time against current members of the ACC.

Notable

--Louisville has won 36 consecutive home games in November, last losing to Vanderbilt on November 30, 1972.

--North Florida leads the country with 48 made 3-pointers this season and have matched the program's single game record with 17 twice already this year.

--Louisville is 6-1 all-time against current members of the Atlantic Sun. The Cards will also face fellow A-Sun member Kennesaw State later this season.

--UofL ranks fifth nationally in field goal percentage defense (.257).

--Quentin Snider's 10 assists with just one turnover this season ranks him fourth in the nation in assists-to-turnover ratio. North Florida's Dallas Moore leads the nation in that same category with 25 assists to just one turnover.

--Louisville has opened with an 11-1 record each of the last three seasons.

--Louisville's 125 victories over the last four years are the second-most wins in the nation in that stretch. Louisville and Wichita State are the only schools in the nation to win 30 games in three of the last four seasons, including a school-record 35 victories amassed by Louisville's 2012-13 NCAA Championship team.

--The Cards return just 17 percent of their scoring and a quarter of their assists from last season's 27-9 NCAA Elite Eight team. It is the lowest percentage of scoring returning for Louisville since 1972-73 when UofL was without a returning starter from its 1972 Final Four team and returned just 9.7 percent of its scoring (254 of 2,614). Quentin Snider's 146 points in 2014-15 ranks him as UofL's top returning scorer.

--Louisville has won 38 of its last 39 home games against non-conference opponents.

Ken Pomeroy Prediction: Louisville 82, North Florida 70
