Fairfield vs. Boston College: Boston College was able to hold on late and get the 77-67 win over Fairfield. The Eagles were without sophomore Steffon Mitchell and senior Jordan Chattman, two of their top four in minutes per game, but BC was Freshman Wynston Tabbs had another nice game scoring 20 points, but it was freshman Chris Herren Jr. who really went off. Herren Jr., whose previous career-high was 9 points, scored 22 points while going 4-7 from behind the arc.
