North Carolina's Garrison Brooks has been named the 2020-21 ACC Preseason Men's Player of the Year. Last season, Brooks was the ACC Most Improved Player and was on the All-ACC Second Team. In the 2019-20 season, he was fourth in the ACC in points per game (16.8 PPG), second in field goal percentage (53.5%), and fifth in rebounds per game (8.5 RPG).
