Former Louisville point guard Chris Jones appeared in court around 10 a.m. Thursday morning where he pleaded not guilty to charges of raping one woman and sodomizing another.

Here are the major points of interest from the hearing:

--Jones is being represented by Scott Cox and Rob Eggert, two of the most well-known and well-regarded attorneys in Louisville. Cox has handled many cases involving athletes.

--Prosecutors were concerned that Jones was a flight risk because he is from out-of-town. Jones' attorneys pointed out that he has cooperated completely since the beginning of the investigation on Sunday, and is not a flight risk.

--Judge Sheila Collins released Jones on home incarceration in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

--Jones has withdrawn from classes at U of L in order to focus on the case.

--Jones has also moved out of the student housing at U of L, and is currently living in a hotel.

--Jones' lawyers say there is a U of L hallway video that will work heavily in his favor.

--Cox spoke with reporters following the hearing and said he had no doubt that Jones had been falsely accused and would be found not guilty.

--Jones has been ordered to have no contact with the victims.

--U of L police will hold a press conference regarding their ongoing investigation today at 11:30 a.m.
