Addressing the media at the 2023-24 ACC Tipoff, Commissioner Jim Phillips talked about how he believes that the ACC is undervalued. He mentions the CFB Playoff appearances, success of the basketball programs and National Championships in all sports as well as the classroom success seen at prestigious institutions all around the ACC.
