Chapel Hill parking strikes again!
UNC linebacker Travis Hughes has been charged with assault after a confrontation with a parking officer. Suspended from all team activities.

This tweet from WTVD's Mark Armstrong consistutes the extent of what we know at this point. UNC has not officially released any information Travis Hughes' status.
The junior linebacker from Virginia Beach was fifth on the team in tackles with 76 in 12 games during the 2013 season. He also recorded one sack, 1 pass break-up, 1 pass defended, five QB hurries and recovered one fumble.
The suspension from team activities is largely moot at this stage since UNC hasn't started spring football. It remains to be seen how long the suspension will remain in place or how much bearing the legal aspect has on it.
