1. Clemson (5-0) The Tigers scored 35 points in the first half.

2. Florida State (5-0) The Noles shutout of Maryland was the true definition of domination.

3. Miami (5-0) The offense only faced six third downs against Georgia Tech.

4. Virginia Tech (5-1) Logan Thomas threw three touchdown passes to lead the Hokies.

5. Georgia Tech (3-2) Quarterback is still an issue for the Yellow Jackets.

6. Maryland (4-1) Like the original cast of Saturday Night Live, the Terps were the Not Ready For Primetime Players.

7. Pittsburgh (3-1) A big game with Virginia Tech lies ahead.

8. NC State (3-2) Pete Thomas threw two more interceptions.

9. Boston College (3-2) Andre Williams is good. That is all.

10. Duke (3-2) The schedule sets up nicely for another potential bowl berth.

11. Syracuse (2-3) At least Jerome Smith had a nice day.

12. North Carolina (1-4) Far and away the most disappointing team in the ACC.

13. Wake Forest (3-3) Tanner Price had one of his best games of the season.

14. Virginia (2-3) You're not going to win when you commit 13 penalties and four turnovers.
