Shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Syracuse men's basketball announced a self-imposed postseason ban for the 2014-15 season. The decision was made as an ongoing NCAA investigation into Syracuse athletics continues.

The Orange were already going to struggle to make the NCAA Tournament this season (a fact which I'm sure played no part in this decision), but the bigger aspect of this news as it pertains to Louisville is a slight alteration to the 2015 ACC Tournament schedule.
