With just 200 people in attendance, the game operations started with both the teams. If you’re a fanatic sports audience, we’re glad to have you here. The big news is, the NBA is back, but things are a little different this time. Kawhi Leonard from the Los Angeles clippers was the first person whom the audience laid eyes on. He lined up as the first player after waiting for four months to hit the ground. The reason why many people were surprised was that he didn’t wait for any official announcement. Maybe the excitement of being on the craft excited him to a great extent.

The setting of the game was quite untraditionally and one that was never even witnessed before. With no fans being around the audience, the game began peacefully. However, a few cameras managed to showcase the game live to the audience back home. Because the two teams had a history of long stiff, Leonard's team declared a 99 to 90 victory in the game. The day was iconic because the two NBA teams managed to share the same ground after months since the global lockdown in March. When Rudy Gobert from the Utah Jazz tested positive for coronavirus, the entire sports industry was shocked.

Luckily, after weeks of brainstorming sessions, the players managed to hit the ground with full energy. For the association, it was nothing less than a big decision because they decided to risk the lives of their players. However, the games officially began 15 days after the players arrived at the Disney World Campus. If you don’t know, around 22 teams were invited to the Disney World in Florida to come, stay and practice as much as they wanted to. However, each of the teams was clearly instructed not to use the same ground for every sport.

Currently, each of these teams is practicing in Orlando and will take part in the playoffs expected to begin by July 30. Doc Rivers claims that as soon as the teams get into the NBA lines, it will be easier for them to practice as they want. Apart from how the game went on, quirks were also interesting. Furthermore, as everything went on, the music and noise emanated a different vibe from the sporting event. There’s no denying the fact that the NBA experienced a complete 360 turn in this game. A handful of reporters were allowed to cover the event, and each of them had to go through a strict security check.

Interestingly, robotic cameras were used to cover the entire event. If you know, the main venue can easily accommodate 8000 people at one time. However, the attendance of 200 people made things look bizarre. Furthermore, the association made sure, every person was at a particular distance from one another. Video boards were prevalent on the three sides of the venue. Shockingly, the national anthem of any kind wasn’t played before the beginning of the games.
