Outside of 2 players decisions, the ACC's landscape seems to be pretty much set. Shane Larkin still has about a week to decide whether or not to declare for the draft. Andrew Wiggins still could end up in Chapel Hill, Tallahassee, or somewhere outside of the ACC.
