The Florida State Seminoles picked up their first ACC win of the season as they won big over the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, 42-7. It is Florida State's largest conference win since 2023. Seminoles quarterback Tommy Castellanos was 12-16 for 271 yards with a passing and rushing touchdown. Wide receiver Duce Robinson caught five passes for 148 yards and a touchdown. Running back Samuel Singleton Jr. ran the ball 14 times for 91 yards and a touchdown. For Wake Forest, quarterback Robbie Ashford threw for 93 yards and ran for 59 yards.
