The Tigers picked up their second road win in a row as they defeated the Boston College Eagles, 41-10. The Clemson defense had five sacks, seven tackles for loss, an interception, and a forced fumble. Quarterback Cade Klubnik threw for 280 yards and a touchdown on 22-30 passing, while also rushing for 48 yards and a touchdown. Wide receiver Bryant Wesco Jr. caught five passes for 106 yards and a touchdown. Antonio Williams had seven catches for 85 yards and three carries for 32 yards. For Boston College, Turbo Ruchard ran the ball 18 times for 75 yards and a touchdown.

He has much more optimism about his 2025-26 bunch that will be led by 6 returning players led by star Donald Hand. Jr. Roster retention is more important than the transfer portal according to Coach Grant. He also lauded his current crop of transfers and freshmen who "want to be at Boston College."
