Basketball is one of the most popular sports that everyone from small to large loves. And no wonder that such popularity leads to the appearance of themed casino Roulette online games and slots, video games,  movies, and TV series because they attract everyone with their speed, excitement, and sporting spirit.

Today we want to go deep into the annals of history and remember the real basketball magic, namely 6 Legendary Buzzer Beaters in NCAA History.

Kris Jenkins, Villanova Wildcats, 2016

The 2016 Villanova Wildcats posted the best point differential in March Madness history at +124 (surpassing the North Carolina Tar Heels in 2009 with its +121)!

The Villanova Wildcats defeated the Oklahoma Sooners in the semifinals (95-51), but the finals were decided at the last second.

Kris Jenkins' buzzer-beater brought the Wildcats to victory over the Tar Heels (77-74) and the second NCAA basketball title for the university.

Paul Jesperson, Northern Iowa Panthers, 2016

Same 2016, only not the national finals, just the first round, but what passions here too!

The Texas Longhorns (#6) tied the game seconds before the siren, but Paul Jesperson of the Northern Iowa Panthers (#11) didn't make anything up on the return attack and decided on a hard shot.

Jesperson's team advanced to the second round, where they lost to the Texas A&M Aggies...in the second overtime (88:92 2OT)!

Bryce Drew, Valparaiso Crusaders, 1998

Here's another crazy denouement of a March Madness first-round game, only from the last century!

A fantastic two-way play by the Valparaiso Crusaders (#13) against the Ole Miss Rebels (#4) propelled their team to the next stage of the playoffs.

Half-court pass, jump pass to his partner, and accurate long-distance shot - all in 2.5 seconds!

Richard Hamilton, Connecticut Huskies, 1998

Demonstrated how important it is to be quick under the basket.

Connecticut (#2) took three shots in the final seconds against Washington (#11), two of which were by future NCAA and NBA champion Richard Hamilton.

Hamilton missed his first (and easier) attempt, but his second, accompanied by the final buzzer, gave the Huskies the win by the narrowest of margins and a trip to the Elite Eight.

Christian Lettner, Duke University Blue Devils, 1990 and 1992

Christian Lettner is a legendary center in American college basketball history.

Two-time NCAA champion (1991, 1992), the best player in the 1991 NCAA Final Four. He was the only guy on the iconic Dream Team in the Barcelona Olympics to be selected to the U.S. National Team from college basketball.

In 1990, Lettner's baserunner brought Duke (No. 3) to an overtime win (79-78 OT) over Connecticut (No. 1) and a trip to the Final Four.

Two years later, Christian, who already had an NCAA championship ring by that point, again brought his team to the Final Four with a shot at the buzzer in overtime.

Duke (1) crushed Kentucky (2) (104-103 OT). Lettner played 43 minutes on the court in this game and did not miss a shot - 31 points (9/9 - two-pointers, 1/1 - three-pointers, 10/10 - free throws).

The Duke University Blue Devils would win the 1992 NCAA Final Four, and Christian Lettner would collect a collection of all of college basketball's major awards and be part of a great team at the Olympics in a few months.
