'We Had The Strongest Football Conference' - ACC Commissioner Swofford

ACC Commissioner John Swofford says his conference was the strongest football league in the country last season by any measure. Swofford told the ACC Digital Network that the rise of the conference began five years ago and the investment then is starting to pay off now.
