The Wake Forest Demon Deacons came out of the gates on fire, built a big lead, and held off a hard-charging Clemson Tigers team, 85-77. Juke Harris led Wake with 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists in the win. Myles Colvin got the Deacs off to a good start, scoring all 14 of his points in the first half. Sebastian Akins added 16 points, Mekhi Mason scored 13, and Tre'Von Spillers added 10 points on 4-6 shooting along with 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and a blocked shot. Jake Wahlin led the Tigers with 17 points while Ace Buckner and Carter Welling each scored 13 points in a losing effort.
