Wake Forest vs. NC State: The Wake Forest Demon Deacons played lockdown defense late and pulled away from NC State for the 69-51 road win in Raleigh. The Demon Deacons made a tight game look like a blowout as they ended the game on a 16-0 run. Four players scored in double figures for the Deacs, led by Alondes Williams, who scored 15 of his 17 points in the 2nd half and added 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the win. Khadim Sy shot 6-of-7 from the floor as he put up 13 points and 7 rebounds for Wake. Dereon Seabron scored 17 of his 22 points in the 2nd half for the Wolfpack.
