Virginia struck again with another transfer heading to Charlottesville.
Jack Powers is a 6’6, 290 pound offensive tackle for Arizona State but is now heading to Virginia and could be playing his old position, defensive end, for the Cavaliers.
Powers redshirted at Arizona State and is eligible to immediately play under Head Coach Bronco Mendenhall. He also will be eligible for two years at Virginia, since he finished his degree in three years.
