The Cavaliers went on several scoring runs to help propel them to an 80-72 home victory over the Terrapins. Virginia scored 56 points in the second half as UVA hit the 80-point mark for the 10th time in 11 games. Dallin Hall scored 20 points on 8-8 shooting and grabbed six rebounds. Jacari White scored 15 points and had one of the dunks of the year so far. Johann Grunloh added eight points and eight rebounds. Maryland's David Coit scored all of his team-high 15 points in the second half.
