Clemson trailed by as many as 19 in the first half, but the Tigers fought back and had a two-point lead with under three minutes left in the game. RJ Godfrey had 19 points, four rebounds, and three assists for Clemson. Zac Foster came off the bench to have 12 points, five rebounds, and three assists. Alabama's Labaron Philon led all scorers with 29 points. Freshman Amari Allen had 20 points and 11 rebounds.
