Virginia vs. Virginia Tech: The 3rd ranked Virginia Cavaliers went into Blacksburg and defeated the 20th ranked Virginia Tech Hokies 64-58. The Cavaliers held the ACC's best shooting 3-point team to just 3-27 shooting from behind the arc. Junior Kyle Guy scored 17 of his game-high 23 points in the first half for Virginia. Junior Ty Jerome added 16 points and 6 assists for the Cavaliers. Hokies' junior Kerry Blacksher Jr. recorded his 5th double-double of the season with 23 points and 13 rebounds.
