Well, here we go. It’s time to start ranking the best players in the ACC for the 2025 season.

As usual, we hope you enjoy the rankings.
Previous and Upcoming Rankings
Quarterbacks | Running Backs | Wide Receivers | Tight Ends | Defensive Linemen | Linebackers | Cornerbacks | Safeties | Special Teams
1) Francis Mauigoa, Miami
Francis Mauigoa came to Miami as a 5 Star recruit, and he’s lived up to that billing and improved each year from honorable All-ACC to 2nd Team All-ACC, to coming into this season as a pre-season All-American. He was the anchor last year of the nation’s top offense, and is considered a 1st round NFL draft prospect. With a player like Mauigoa on that offensive line, I have a feeling the Canes offense is going to be just fine.
2) Blake Miller, Clemson
Clemson’s talent on the offensive side of the ball extends to the offensive line. Blake Miller is coming off a 1st team All-ACC season, and the 6-6 315 lb is a player looking to be an All-American. He’s played nearly 2900 snaps and is considered the iron man of Clemson’s offensive line. ACC teams have to get better at the line of scrimmage to compete with the best college football has to offer. Blake Miller is another potential 1st round NFL pick.
3) Keylan Rutledge, Georgia Tech
The upgrade in talent at Georgia Tech under Brent Key has been remarkable. Georgia Tech has, across the board some of the very best offensive talent in the ACC, from the skill position to the offensive line. Offensive lineman Keylan Rutledge represents the Yellow Jackets. Rutledge had a 1st team All-ACC season in 2024, and there is a good chance you’ll see him on an NFL roster someday.
4) Brian Parker II, Duke
Brian Parker II of Duke had a strong 2024 season that resulted in a 2nd team All-ACC season. PFF ranked him one of the top 10 returning offensive tackles in the country at #9, and arguably the best returning pass protector in college football. Mauigoa was #2 and Miller #7. That gives the ACC 3 of the top 9 offensive tackles in the country.
5) PJ Williams, SMU
SMU’s offense caused opposing teams a lot of problems last season, and SMU offensive lineman PJ Williams was a big part of that. He was a 3rd team All-ACC playing the tackle position, and could easily end up being a 1st or 2nd All-ACC player this year. Williams was highly recruited and started his career at Texas A&M. He’s just starting to touch the surface of his potential.
