Well here we go. It’s time to start ranking the best players in the ACC for the 2019 season. As usual we hope you enjoy the rankings.

Previous and Upcoming Rankings

Quarterbacks | Running Backs | Wide Receivers | Tight Ends |
Defensive Linemen | Linebackers | Cornerbacks | Safeties | Special Teams

1) John Simpson, Clemson

We haven’t had a ACC playing ranking yet that didn’t start with a Clemson player. When you are the best team in the country that happens. John Simpson is a pre-season All-American pick, and is coming off an All-ACC 2018.

2) Jimmy Morrissey, Pittsburgh

As a sophomore Jimmy Morrissey, was a 3rd Team All-ACC player, and that was with an injury late in the season. He will be in third season starting at center for Pittsburgh, and is the anchor of the Pitt offensive line.

3) Tremayne Anchrum, Clemson

There’s more Clemson players. This time we have senior Tremayne Achrum. He was a 2nd team All-ACC pick last year. A bit undersized at 6’2, he was ranked as top 10 junior guard by NFLDraftBlitz at the end of last year.

4) Sean Pollard, Clemson

Sean Pollard makes the third Clemson player to make this list. He was 2nd team All-ACC pick in 2018, and helps make up the best offensive line in the ACC. He’s projected as a round 3-5 NFL pick.

5) Ben Petrula, Boston College

Ben Petrula is coming an All-ACC honorable mention sophomore season. The 6’5 player looks to take the next step in his upcoming junior season. He’s been starter his entire career at BC and was a freshman ESPN All-American.
