The Wolfpack got a big defensive stop on SMU's Boopie Miller as time expired to get an 84-83 road win. The 'Pack are now winners of five in a row and got contributions from several key players. Darrion Williams led NC State with 25 big points in addition to 3 boards, while his teammate Quadir Copeland notched 7 points with 10 rebounds and a whopping 16 assists. Copeland became the first ACC Guard with 15+ assists and 0 turnovers since 1997. Matt Able chipped in with 13 points for NC State. Jaron Pierre Jr. led the Mustangs with 23 points, and Boopie Miller added 14 points and 8 assists.
