Jameis Winston will not play at all against Clemson. The Seminoles have decided to suspend Winston for the whole game citing facts from their continued investigation into the issue. The decision was made late last night and is likely to surprise most college football fans when they wake up Saturday morning.
Here was the official statement released by the school.
Based upon the results of our continuing investigation of Tuesday’s incident involving Jameis Winston, we have decided to not play him for the entire game against Clemson on Saturday night. Interim President Garnett S. Stokes Athletic Director Stan Wilcox
According to Rachel Nichols at ESPN, the change in suspension is because Jameis Winston wasn't truthful with school officials.
Am being told increased penalty for FSU's Jameis Winston came after school discovered he'd not been entirely truthful with them.

It's worth noting that there was no indication that the change in suspension was related to any other school violation.
Florida State University announced late Friday night that it has decided to suspend quarterback Jameis Winston for the entire Clemson game, as opposed to the previous half-game suspension announced Wednesday, resulting from him shouting a vulgar internet joke in public.
Citing results of a "continuing investigation" into an incident Tuesday, Florida State has suspended quarterback Jameis Winston for Saturday's entire game against Clemson, the school announced late Friday night.
The one-sentence statement, which was e-mailed at 11:07 p.m. Eastern time, was signed by interim president Garnett Stokes and athletics director Stan Wilcox. Football coach Jimbo Fisher's name was nowhere to be found.
Sean Maguire will take over quarterback duties in Winston's absence.
