The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are off to their best start to the season in 59 years. The Jackets are 7-0 for the first time since 1966 and are 4-0 in the ACC for the first time since 1998, and a staunch defense is one of the main reasons why. First-year defensive coordinator Blake Gideon is helping a unto that was already one of the most improved defensive squads in 2024. The Jackets' defense seems to be coming together nicely under Gideon and was on full display as Tech held Duke's high-power offense to 18 points and just 68 rushing yards and held the Blue Devils scoreless in the 2nd half of their week 7 win. Take a look inside the Tech defense's great season and hear what head coach Brent Key has to say about this unit here.
