The Yellow Jackets defeated the visiting Blue Devils, 24-14. Georgia Tech outgained Duke 412-279, and the Yellow Jackets had 245 rushing yards. Running back Jamal Haynes ran the ball 19 times for 128 yards. Haynes also had three catches for 12 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Haynes King was 23-31 for 167 yards and two touchdowns, and he had 30 rushing yards on 12 carries. For Duke, quarterback Maalik Murphy was 18-31 for 205 yards and two touchdowns.
