For two straight games the Duke Blue Devils failed to match both the intensity and physicality of their opponents and unsurprisingly both games ended in losses for Coach K's squad. The Blue Devils for the second straight game spotted their opponents at least a 9 point lead fueled by turnovers. The Blue Devils look to rebound from their first losing streak of the season against Miami. Looking to sweep the season series, No. 8 Duke will try to match their dismantling of the Hurricanes in their first match-up in Coral Gables on January 4th, 95-62, behind an ACC career high 24 points from freshman Vernon Carey Jr., a Miami native.

Duke vs Miami
Duke is 21-7 all-time versus Miami, which includes a 10-2 mark in home games -- all at Cameron Indoor.
